Judging by the looks of this trailer, it seems like Isaiah Bradley (Carl Lumbley) is mind-controlled into attempting to assassinate President Ross (Harrison Ford). We also know that somebody important dies based on the funeral scenes. Since there is mind-control involved, it’s possible that Ross is unaware that he is The Red Hulk. This would all point to The Leader (Tim Blake Nelson, reprising the role from 2008’s The Incredible Hulk) working with Sidewider (Giancarlo Esposito) and The Serpent Society to manipulate the world into war over the adamantium mountain that is the remains of Tiamut.
