Loki series utilizes classic Bonnie Tyler song for its second episode

Ever since Loki was announced in 2019, fans have wondered what the show would be like. Two years later, that question has been answered. Disney+ premiered the second episode of the series today. The episode began during a Renaissance Fair in 1985. However, the rest of the opening is set to the classic rock anthem “Holding Out For a Hero” by Bonnie Tyler.

Marvel’s latest MCU series, Loki, has premiered to mostly favorable reviews. It currently has a rating of 96% at Rotten Tomatoes which makes it the highest-rated of all series so far. For the record Marvel’s MODOK is at 88%, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is at 89%, and WandaVision is at 91%.

Marvel Casts Their MCU Namor

We’ve heard for the better part of two years that Namor The Sub-Mariner may be the antagonist for the second Black Panther movie. Then the tragic and untimely passing of actor Chadwick Boseman caused massive changes in the film’s direction. Now officially titled Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the sequel is set to begin production next month.

Sony Casts Their Kraven

One of the more famous members of Spider-Man’s rogue’s gallery will be brought to the big screen in 2023. The Wrap reports that Aaron Taylor-Johnson will portray the title character in Kraven The Hunter. If that name sounds familiar, it may be because Taylor-Johnson portrayed Quicksilver in Avengers: Age Of Ultron.

Marvel Releases Phase Four Trailer Narrated By Stan Lee

Stan “The Man” Lee may have left us in 2018 but his presence can still be felt in The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Marvel released a highlight reel of movie projects in preparation for their return to the big screen this summer. To give that highlight reel a special emotional touch, they include quotes from Stan himself that as a narration. The latter part of the reel serves as a trailer for the next several films in “Phase Four” of the MCU. The first three phases have been collectively called The Infinity Saga.
