Luca confronts Fisk over the 1.8 million owed to Vikto, stating he doesn’t want to pay. Fisk doubles the money and sends him away. Johnny Santini, who was a hostage in the last episode, tells Fisk that Muse’s paintings are made of human blood and very difficult to clean off. Fisk decides to keep this secret to keep the public from panicking.
Vanessa asks Matt if he can arrange a meeting with her and Punisher or Daredevil for her book. Later, Angela meets with Matt and tells him they should carry on her uncle’s legacy, implying that she will become a vigilante herself.
Fisk attends a meeting with many of the rich elite, who tell them that they actually have the power, not him. Swordsman even says to his face that he can still be taken down, even though he’s the mayor.
After the meeting, Fisk tasks the police commissioner to oversee a special police task force to deal with vigilantes. He then meets with these chosen cops and rallies them with a speech about taking down vigilantes and fixing the broken justice system.
Muse captures Angela and carries her to his pair. While he prepares her to be his next victim, Daredevil breaks in to save her. Meanwhile, Fisk returns to his basement and hands Adam an ax, thus challenging him to a fight. The respective fights are interpersed as Daredevil fends off Muse, and Fisk seemingly kills Adam.
MAJOR QUESTIONS

- Will Angela find out Matt is Daredevil?
- Will we see Swordsman again later?
OVERALL GRADE: B-
This episode was back to the regular formula. The dichotomy between Matt and Fisk has always been part of the show. Daredevil deals out vigilante justice, while Kingpin dishes out revenge. This was especially so with the respective fights at the end. Daredevil fights to save people while Kingpin fights for himself and to destroy others.
