What would The FF be without their signature blue costumes? Not only to we get them here, they’re even a light shade of blue like we might have seen had a live action adaption been made in the 1960s.
What does all this mean?
One thing we didn’t get was a look at the latest live-action adaption of The Silver Surfer. It’s possible there may not be any finished effects of Julia Garner as the character, or it could be that this is simply a teaser trailer that didn’t want to give away too much too soon.
This trailer makes it seem like this will not be yet another origin story, much like Spider-Man: Homecoming picked up with Peter already in full web-slinging form. Perhaps the accident in space could be shown in the opening sequence, or in some form of flashback. Either way, it looks like the film will not dwell very long on how Marvel’s First Family got their powers.
Rumor run rampant that Robert Downey Jr. may cameo as Doctor Doom, perhaps in the now obligatory post-credits scene. Even if we don’t get that, we know the movie movie is set in an alternate universe. So it’s only a matter of time before we see them ported over into the Multiverse Saga.
