Crisis on Infinite Excaliburs merges multiple fictional universes. The plot revolves around a multiverse event that threatens the existence of multiple realities. Most of the characters are from Star Trek universes including the Prime Universe and the Avalon Universe seen in other fanfilms.
While the story dwells mainly on Star Trek, other iconic franchises are also referenced including Stargate, Star Wars, and DC Comics, among others. Even the title itself is a nod to DC’s Crisis On Infinite Earths, which is what introduced the multiverse concept into mainstream comics.
