It’s a double whammy return to the airwave for Geekville Radio. Join Seth “Zandrax” Zillmann and “Crazy Train” Jonathan Bolick as they talk about the two giant stories in the comic superhero world.
Whammy #1 – The world is still buzzing over the first Avengers Endgame Trailer. What can we expect from some of the nuggets dropped in that teaser? How can Tony get saved? Could we see Rescue? Adam Warlock perhaps? And what about that reveal of Hawkeye as Ronin?
Whammy #2 – The CW did their annual “Arrowverse” crossover Elseworlds. While it was only three parts instead of the usual four, it did finally bring Lois Lane into the show, as well as introduced the CW viewers to Gotham City and Batwoman. Justice League Trailer
The Flash standalone movie will be an adaption of Flashpoint, which is funny because that was the gist of Season 3 of The Flash TV show. Could this mean we see Jeffrey Dean Morgan?
Also discussed during the show: A Green Lantern Corps. Movie, Justice League Dark, Shazam, and Aquaman.
Speaking of Aquaman, Seth reminisces about this scene from Justice League Unlimited, which Jason Momoa would absolutely kill it doing.

Marvel dropped a surprise final trailer for the upcoming Netflix Iron Fist series. We finally get to see Danny Rand’s live action look. Seth and Crazy Train are back to dissect the trailer, and give thoughts on what we can expect for the first season.

In other Marvel news, we got a behind the scenes look at the now filming Avengers: Infinity War. Not only do we get glimpses of concept art and words from Kevin Feige, we get Robert Downey Jr., Tom Holland, and Chris Pratt side by side in the same room. Plus, we got official confirmation that Rocket Raccoon will be in the movie as well.
In the latter half of the show, Seth and Train talk the departure of Peter Capaldi from Doctor Who using a list of potential successors published by Digital Spy. Who does an admitted non-Whovian think would be a good Thirteenth Doctor? Some of Train’s selections might surprise you. This is a discussion far more suited for the casual Doctor Who fans than the discussion Seth and Mark had over at Examining The Doctor.
In the final segment of the show, Seth flies solo to give a quick review of The Lego Batman. Does it live up to the expectations set by the original Lego Movie?
What are your thoughts on these subjects? We’d like to hear from you below.
