This was our second year doing National Podcast Post Month. Our esteemed Mayor Zandrax recounts each episode throughout all 30 days and why he did them.
2024 marks the 45th Anniversary of arguably the most Southern TV show of all time, The Dukes of Hazzard. NaPodPoMo Day 27 brings us an encore presentation of the very first episode of Geekville Radio’s Nostalgia Trip where Seth and Crazy Train talk about the show and the seven seasons it spent on CBS.
We have another encore presentation for NaPodPoMo Day 26 with a look at the most recent Batman animated series, Batman: Caped Crusader. The full show notes can be found here.
Today we take our final trip in The TARDIS for NaPodPoMo. However, that trip is one of our favorite episodes of all time where we looked at the ten best AND worst Doctor Who stories as voted by fans for the show’s 50th anniversary. Since this episode (and list) are over 10 years old, there are no Capaldi or Whittaker stories.
If you’re a New Who fan looking for some great old-school stuff or vice versa, we hope you find some good material to look at here.
NaPodPoMo Day 23 brings us back to the TARDIS once again to look at where it all began. It’s not one but TWO encore presentations of Examining The Doctor where we look at the very first episode of Doctor Who that aired 61 years ago today. As an added bonus, we also present commentary for the unaired pilot episode.
NaPodPoMo Day 21 has another encore presentation. Today it’s about a topic that sci-fi and comic book geeks have debated for generations.
Superman is to be considered invulnerable and nearly impossible to injure. Star Wars lightsabers are said to be able to cut through ANYTHING. So what happens if somebody used a lightsaber on Superman?
National Podcast Post Month Day 20 sees us step back into the ring. Not just a wrestling ring, but for MMA and combat sports in general. You may not recognize Gene LeBell right away, but just about any student of MMA or pro wrestling history has heard the name.
